Revesby Workers Club

Hamptons had the opportunity to work with Revesby Workers Club on three separate occasions with the intention of diversifying the traditional club base and extending this to other uses within to increase patronage. Hamptons provided planning and project management services across these projects, focused on maximising patronage, and minimising disruption during construction.

This occurred by renovating the existing Sports Bar into Rouges Sports Bar paying tribute to the integrity of traditional activities such as snooker and darts, while providing a contemporary bar that is focused on an array of sports offering. This has resulted in a significant change in demographic visiting the Club

Designed by Crawford Architects, the outcome provided a cost effective, contemporary response that suited the demographic and use, while providing key interior elements that are on trend.

Hamptons also undertook the delivery of Miss Iggy’s, a separate bar area created out of redundant floor space to again diversify the demographic of the club. From the implementation of a 1990’s themed bar, the diversification of uses, which included gaming machines, arcade games and function spaces, as well as room for a DJ, the use of eclectic colour and style provided the opportunity for the Club to promote an offering to the local area not realised in any other location nearby.

The third project involved the renovation of the Club’s gaming facilities, including the creation of a new VIP gaming room, following by renovation of the existing gaming floor, both inside and out, to respond to contemporary changes in market conditions. This included changes to layout, furniture, machines, colour and style to provide an on-trend facility for patrons.
