This project involved obtaining a planning proposal to significantly increase the height and floor space ratio development standards for the site. Despite interfering with certain iconic views. Woollahra Council supported the proposal in favour of a greater density of development, permitting a seven-storey mixed use building, containing ground floor retail space with residential apartments above. The application garnered support from Council because of its proximity to public transport services and high-quality architectural design prepared by PTI Architecture and Interiors.
