This proposal allowed for the adaptive reuse of ten existing terraces, significantly run down in their condition for the Rebecca L Cooper Foundation. The design, prepared by Erica Moshe Architects, enabled the existing terrace forms to be adaptively reused, with a new two storey form to the rear, to increase the residential density afforded to this inner city location.
There were also a number of sensitive landscape matters due to existing vegetation which were carefully resolved as part of the development application and needed to be balanced with the location of existing infrastructure.
