This proposal was for a mixed-use development containing ground floor retail space within the local centre of Lugarno. The proposal contained three retail shops, with 14 residential apartments above, combining a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, on a sloping site.

The design outcomes integrated a considered relationship with lower density residential dwellings surrounding the site, while ensuring a strong landscape character setting that defined the character of the local area. Several modifications to this application have also been supported by Georges River Council over time.
