Alterations and additions were approved for this to increase opportunities for a greater proportion of dining and sports bar facilities within the premises, along with new external signage that is tasteful to the location, having regard to the site’s proximity on the edge of the Bondi Junction commercial precinct, with the lower density residential precinct to the south.
