Client: Hamptons (Barwon Heads) Development Pty Ltd

Location: 2Sheepwash Road, Barwon Heads VIC (City of Greater Geelong).

Rivers Edge is a forty-three lot residential subdivision in the coastal town of Barwon Heads, Victoria. Involved from the site acquisition phase, Hamptons undertook initial due diligence investigations and negotiated the planning permit for the site with an array of local and state authorities. The complexities of the site, which included coastal management, water, heritage and flora and fauna issues, has required extensive negotiations through the construction phase of the project, of which Hamptons has managed.

Works were completed in December 2010 and 90% of allotments sold prior to construction. Hamptons has been complimented throughout the course of the project by the array of authorities involved to achieve successful project outcomes.
