Hamptons is retained by a number of hotels within the Sydney Metropolitan Region, including Central Bar & Bistro, The London Hotel, ING Hospitality Group and Astute Hospitality Management. Development applications have been lodged for a number of premises, including for alterations to existing facilities, extension of operating hours, through to applications for new premises, including the preparation of plans of management and security management plans to accompany such facilities.

 

Key issues associated with such applications have included working with surrounding residential communities to deal with noise mitigation matters associated with such premises; and adequate security arrangements to enable the operation of such premises within a community context.
